I love Avocados!

we are HUGE avocado lovers in this house. Our summers are full of avocados and blueberries, just not necessarily together! ;)
Anyway, we love to have it with italian dressing on it...
Could you ask Goose how to PICK the best avocado out?
This last time, I picked out a bunch from Costco and I thought that they were a little hard, but would ripen soon...it took them a WEEK!
